About Steve Miller

Thanks for visiting, I really do appreciate it.

My name is Steve Miller no… not the Rock band. I have worked in dozens of industries over the years. I am an Engineering Technician by Trade which is basically a highly trained electronics tech. But I grew up with my family owning and operating businesses throughout my life. So I have had a great deal of exposure to hundreds of industries over the years. I have had careers in electronics, computers and telecom and programming just to name a few. I won't bore you with the details. But the last 20 years I spent working radio communications and public safety E911 systems. Unfortunately I wound up working on some radio tower sites during the California fires and years of living in the smoke and working on sites while the sites were still on fire caused an event that nearly killed me, COPD. So I had to quite my job because I no longer could do it.

Even though I have been working online building websites and selling them over the years and even though I had a few clients, it was just a hobby for me, so I thought well why not go back to school and get more training on website design. So I spent 2015-2017 getting my Microsft Web Developers certification. I just did it to extend my hobby and I also knew I would have to find some way to support myself when I retired. The one thing I wasn't ready for was retirement. I am 61 now but I was a far cry from being ready to retire. So I thought the certification might help me make money when I finally did retire. I have managed several corporations, everything from music store, restaurants, amusement centers, Motorola Service Centers, and much more. Because of my extensive technical back ground and since I have a strong knowledge of business building, I always wound up managing most companies I was hired to work for. Of course some companies direct hired me as a manager as well.

So because of my COPD, I have found it difficult to find something that would suite my needs back in the work force so, I have decided to extend my pursuit into internet marketing, since it has been a hobby for me for nearly 20 years anyway.
